Most of us acknowledge that our lives are full. Sometimes we don't make the time to exercise properly; allowing our muscles to fully stretch, open and breathe. Many times, even with the best intentions, we don't take the opportunity to eat right or carve out true down time.

The result is stress... which leads to "stuck" energy and stagnant blood. Muscles, ligaments and tendons need fresh blood and oxygen to nourish our tissues to allow our bodies to move without pain or stiffness. Massage is an ancient manual therapy that manipulates tissues and joint spaces to increase circulation and flush our bodies with fresh blood and oxygen - and vitality. The results are often feeling more alive physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually.​

My name is Tina Latraverse Haesche. I'm a Connecticut licensed massage therapist and I am a passionate believer in conscious self care, therapeutic touch and health through the example that nature provides us in each moment.

My work is a blend of acupressure, deep tissue techniques such as stripping, sustained compressions, Thai Massage techniques, pin and stretch, myofascial stretching, range of motion and cross fiber. I believe in the very real influence of energy work and essential oils - and integrate both in every session. I've been using essential oils for over 25 years, and I'm convinced using essential oils helps my clients "drop" into their sessions much faster and allows for an even more healthful, effective massage.  I have studied energy techniques such as Acupressure, Jin Shin Do, Marma Therapy, Consegrity, Reiki, Access Bars and The Reconnection.

My practice is located in Marlborough, Connecticut at 8 Independence Drive, Suite #2.

      *All regular sessions -depending of preference - include essential oils, possibly a few hot rock or Himalayan salt stones, acupressure, deep tissue, energy work, pregnancy, and/or facial work.
